JR-PIM Journal of Research and Development in Management Science is an open-access academic journal that publishes original research and literature review articles in the field of management science. All submissions undergo a double‑blind peer review process.

Scope:
JR-PIM addresses current and emerging topics at both national and international levels, with the goal of enriching theoretical and practical knowledge in management science. The scope includes—but is not limited to—the following areas:

• Human Resource Management
• Financial Management
• Marketing Management
• Operations & Strategic Management
• Entrepreneurship
• Business Innovation

Research may originate from various sectors and types of organizations, including public, private, and nonprofit institutions.

Author Guidelines:
Authors submitting manuscripts to JR-PIM must thoroughly understand and comply with the journal’s submission requirements—including the use of the provided manuscript template. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria will not be processed and will be automatically rejected.

Submission Process:
Submissions and the peer-review process are managed through the web‑based Open Journal System (OJS) by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly encourage authors to submit their manuscripts via this online platform.
