JR-PIM Journal of Research and Development in Management Science is a peer-reviewed open-access journal dedicated to advancing both theoretical understanding and practical application in the field of management science. Submission & Peer Review: All manuscripts submitted to JR-PIM Journal of Research and Development in Management Science undergo a rigorous double‑blind peer review process to ensure fairness and scholarly integrity. Authors are responsible for anonymizing their submissions in accordance with the journal’s guidelines.

Submission is entirely handled through the Open Journal System (OJS) developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We recommend submissions be made via this platform for a streamlined and transparent review process.

Author Guidelines: To ensure smooth processing, authors must carefully adhere to the journal’s Author Guidelines, including:

Manuscripts not adhering to these guidelines may be desk‑rejected without further review.
