JR-PIM Journal of Research and Development in Management Science is a peer-reviewed open-access journal dedicated to advancing both theoretical understanding and practical application in the field of management science. It publishes original research and literature review articles that provide in-depth analysis of current trends, pressing issues, and innovative methodologies in the global and local business arenas.

Submission & Peer Review: All manuscripts submitted to JR-PIM Journal of Research and Development in Management Science undergo a rigorous double‑blind peer review process to ensure fairness and scholarly integrity. Authors are responsible for anonymizing their submissions in accordance with the journal’s guidelines.

Submission is entirely handled through the Open Journal System (OJS) developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We recommend submissions be made via this platform for a streamlined and transparent review process.

Author Guidelines: To ensure smooth processing, authors must carefully adhere to the journal’s Author Guidelines, including:

  • Use of the official JR-PIM manuscript template
  • Compliance with formatting, citation style, and structure requirements
  • Submission of all necessary components (e.g. abstract, keywords, references, appendices)

Manuscripts not adhering to these guidelines may be desk‑rejected without further review.

Open Access & Copyright: JR-PIM operates under an open-access model, meaning all published content is freely available to readers worldwide. Authors retain full copyright of their work while granting JR-PIM the right of first publication

Author Guidelines:
