JR-PIM Journal of Research and Development in Management Science is an open-access journal that publishes scientific papers resulting from empirical studies and literature reviews in the field of management science, following a double-blind peer-review process. JR-PIM Journal of Research and Development in Management Science publishes original articles on current issues and trends, both nationally and internationally, with the aim of advancing knowledge in management theory and practice.

The scope of this journal includes human resource management, financial management, marketing management, operations management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, and business innovation. Research may come from various organizational contexts, including public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
