Author Guidelines

I. General Submission Requirements

All authors must submit manuscripts that are original, have been meticulously proofread, and are free from plagiarism. The work must not have been previously published elsewhere. We accept both scientific papers based on research findings and conceptual ideas related to law. All submissions must be written in English.

II. Formatting and Layout

Manuscripts should not exceed 20 pages in length and must use the Book Antiqua font, size 12, with 1.0 spacing on A4-sized paper.

III. Manuscript Structure (For Research Results)

Research articles should follow this structured format:

1. Title

The title must be effective and concise, with a maximum limit of 15 words.

2. Author Identity

Provide the author's Full Name, Affiliation, and an Active Email Address (for all correspondence).

3. Abstract

The abstract should be a brief, single-spaced summary (maximum 200 words) written in English. It must cover:

  • A brief introduction to the problem.

  • The manuscript's objective.

  • The research methods used.

  • A summary of the main results.

4. Introduction

This section should clearly present the legal issue being discussed. Authors must provide adequate background information, a very concise literature review (to position the study within existing solutions, highlight previous best work, state the study's limitations, and demonstrate its novelty/scientific merit), and clearly articulate the urgency and aims of the study, including the research problems.

5. Research Methods (Optional for Original Research)

This descriptive section, primarily for original research articles, must clearly state the research methodology. This includes the:

  • Type of research.

  • Research approach.

  • Data sources.

  • Analysis method.

  • Mechanism used to analyze the legal issue.

6. Results and Discussion

Present the results clearly and concisely. The discussion must focus on exploring the significance of the findings rather than merely restating them. Avoid excessive reliance on or prolonged discussion of published literature here.

7. Conclusion

The conclusion section should be short and present the main conclusions of the study, guiding the reader toward the manuscript's most important takeaways.

8. Acknowledgment (Optional)

Use this section to formally recognize individuals (who are not co-authors) for their assistance or to acknowledge funding sources that supported the research or publication.

9. References

References must correspond directly to the article's citations.

IV. Reference Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 references is expected.

  • At least 80% of the references should be journal papers published within the last six years (between 2019 and 2024, updated based on the current context).

  • Format all citations and references using the APA Style.
