Transformasi Pembelajaran Haji di MTs Melalui Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis Canva dan Quizziz

In the digital era, conventional learning methods, which still dominate Islamic Religious Education (IRE), particularly for the Hajj curriculum, often fail to engage students and enhance their understanding. The Hajj topic, which is inherently abstract and complex, requires a more visual and interactive approach to be easily comprehended by students. This study aimed to develop and implement interactive learning multimedia based on Canva and Quizizz as an innovative solution for teaching fiqh at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (junior high school) level. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The validation results from material and media experts demonstrated a very high level of validity (93%). Individual, small-group, and field trials showed a highly positive response from students. Statistical analysis revealed a positive and significant correlation between the use of this media and students' learning motivation (r=0.542; p<0.000), with a coefficient of determination of 29.4%. This multimedia tool proved effective in increasing students' learning interest and comprehension, fostering a more active, enjoyable, and meaningful learning experience. This study recommends the utilization of Canva and Quizizz-based media as a viable alternative for IRE learning, particularly within the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum) framework.
