Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Reinforcement Project (P5) is an integral component of the independent curriculum. This project-based activity aims to strengthen students' achievement of essential competencies in developing their skills and creativity. This research aims to identify and analyze the obstacles faced by ninth-grade students in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile Reinforcement Project at SMP Negeri 5 Tuban. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Tuban. Data collection techniques involved distributing questionnaires to ninth-grade students from two classes at SMP Negeri 5 Tuban, complemented by interviews with two selected students. Data analysis followed the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The research findings indicate that the obstacles encountered by ninth-grade students in the implementation of P5 were minimal. This is evidenced by the percentage of students who strongly agreed (40%) and agreed (25%) with positive statements regarding the project, which can be categorized as good. In conclusion, the implementation of P5 among ninth-grade students at SMPN 5 Tuban has been well-executed and developed effectively, as demonstrated by the minimal obstacles experienced by students during the project activities.
